3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin 252 is a 2-part, oven-curing, filled, epoxy-based, liquid resin. The resin is widely used in dip coating and wet winding applications. It has greater mechanical strength and temperature stability.
3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin 252 Rigid resin is suitable for applications where physical strength and excellent electrical properties at elevated temperatures are required. The 100% solid, thixotropic nature of resin is useful in dipping, brushing or toweling applications where resistance to running or sagging is required. It offers guaranteed performance in achieving smooth and uniform coatings with minimal dripping or run-off during cure. MIL-I-16923E Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
